Your business can grow without multiplying manual work.
Aikanta designs software to automate data entry, reconciliations, collections, inventory and reporting. First we measure what the process costs; then we build the system that can recover time, capacity and margin.

Choose a process and move its variables
These interactive simulations use sample data. They show how control, alerts and economic impact could look across five different operations.
One connected flow, from capture to decision
Our systems centralize rules and data to make operations clear; their dashboards turn information into timely decisions. Scope can begin with a single module.
Put a number on manual work before automating it
Move the controls with your operating numbers to estimate how much custom software could save.
Illustrative scenario in Mexican pesos. It uses the reduction you choose and excludes maintenance, taxes and cost of capital. The diagnosis validates the inputs and turns the estimate into a proposal.
Our own products: evidence you can inspect
SporeXpert is in production and on Google Play. Availoc has its editor, the embeddable map and lead capture in production. Keeping them up makes us solve support, infrastructure and change after launch.

SporeXpert
Mushroom growing platform: batch tracking, recipes, alerts, store and mobile app.

Availoc
Interactive lot maps for developers. Upload the site plan and every lot becomes clickable, with status and details.
Mobile games
Six Godot projects, from an isometric builder to a mahjong with generated boards that always have a solution.
The system must keep working after launch
The proposal makes three responsibilities clear because they affect total cost and project continuity.
Clear ownership for infrastructure
Deployment, backups, certificates and monitoring go in a monthly maintenance plan, with its cost in writing in the proposal.
Code and access under your control
The repository and keys stay in your name. Django, React, Flutter and Postgres: standard tools another team can pick up.
A clear way to evaluate progress
It can be savings, capacity, visibility, traceability or experience. We agree on it before building.
From an operational need to a system people actually use
We can start with a leak, a need for visibility, a system you want reviewed or an idea you have already defined. The method turns any of those starting points into scope, deliveries and operation.
Four ways to start
There is manual work or leakage
You want to reduce entry, delays, errors or costs you can already observe.
You need a clearer view of operations
You need clearer, more reliable or near-real-time information for decisions.
You already have an idea
You know what you want to build and need to turn it into scope, screens and deliveries.
You want to audit what already exists
We review your system and process to find risks, friction and opportunities for improvement.

- 01Opportunity map
Understand the starting point
We document the process, available information, people involved and the idea you want to bring into operation.
- 02Scope and route
Define what needs to change
We agree on priorities, investment and a way to evaluate progress: savings, capacity, control, visibility or experience.
- 03Progress every 2 or 4 weeks
Deliver in stages
We work through monthly payments and deliver usable modules so you can review progress inside the real operation.
- 04Living system
Operate and improve
We support usage, infrastructure and change. What we learn in production defines the next improvement.
Questions worth answering before automating
Scope, return, data, integrations and infrastructure, with concrete answers and visible boundaries.
Q/01Which business processes can be automated?
Data entry, reconciliations, collections, inventory, approvals and reporting are common candidates. We can also start when you need more operational visibility, want an existing system reviewed or already have a defined idea. Aikanta documents the starting point and proposes the first useful module.
Q/02How much does it cost to automate a business process?
Cost is set by scope, users, rules and integrations. The first step is a review at no cost: we reply within one business day and, after the review, send you scope, timeline and cost in writing. Work is paid monthly, with usable deliveries every two or four weeks so you can review progress.
Q/03How fast does the investment pay back?
The process sets it. A critical process with substantial room for improvement may recover the investment in a month; other systems are amortized over several years. Beyond savings, real-time visibility, traceability and the confidence to decide with reliable information also count. That calculation goes in writing with the quote.
Q/04Can you move my operation from Excel to a system without losing data?
Yes, after reviewing structure, duplicates and data quality. We back up, test the migration and reconcile it before switching over. Importable records retain their history and exceptions are documented.
Q/05Does the system connect to my accounting, my bank or my time clock?
Yes, when the provider offers a way in. We review each provider's API, exports, database and permissions—including accounting platforms, banks, points of sale, time clocks and PLCs—and propose the safest route before quoting the integration.
Q/06What happens with the server after delivery?
The repository and the server keys stay in your name. Deployment, backups, certificates and monitoring go in a monthly maintenance plan, with its cost in writing in the proposal, before signing.
Q/07Can the entire project be delivered remotely?
Yes. Discovery, process review, demonstrations, training and follow-up can all happen online. We work in English and Spanish and keep decisions, deliverables and progress visible in writing.
Find where software can give you more control
It may be a manual process, a decision based on late information, a system that needs review or an idea you want to materialize. We'll tell you what the next useful step would be.
First review at no cost. We answer within one business day.
