Mobile · Apps for your company

Keep control of your company in your pocket.

An Android and iOS app connected to your system: today's sales, pending collections, shift output and occupied spaces, live. You approve a purchase or a comp with one tap, and the phone buzzes when a number goes out of range. It's the system's own database, with nothing entered twice.

The system's own numbers, in your pocket.

Tap the app's cards. Alerts arrive on their own every so often.

  • The same numbers as the system, on the phone, with the cutoff time in view.
  • One-tap approvals: purchases, comps, discounts, overtime. With who asked and why.
  • Alerts that arrive by themselves: collections out of range, machine down more than ten minutes, drawer with a difference.
  • Floor entry for your people: stock slips, stop reasons, photo evidence. Works without signal and syncs later.
What changes with the app

Decisions that wait today for the owner to reach the office

The urgent purchase approved at nine at night

Without the app, the approval waits until the next day and so does the line. With the app, the owner sees the request, the price and the balance, and approves from wherever they are.

The number asked for on WhatsApp five times a day

Every question interrupts someone and the answer arrives late and different. With the app the number is right there, with the time it was updated.

The alert that arrives while something can still be done

A machine down 15 minutes at three in the afternoon gets resolved. The same stop discovered the next morning already cost the shift.

What the app includes

It's built on top of the system. If you don't have a system yet, they're built together and share the database.

  • Daily board with cutoff time
  • One-tap approvals
  • Push alerts by range
  • Floor entry, offline
  • Photo evidence
  • Google Sign-In
  • Permissions per role
  • Spanish and English
  • Google Play and App Store publishing
  • Updates included

Three moments with the app in your pocket

Today

The owner gets to the office at nine and asks for yesterday's report. It arrives at eleven.

With the system

Opens the app at the light: yesterday's sales, pending collections, night shift against target. Already knows what the meeting is about.

What you get

Two hours of the morning, every day.

Q/01

How much does it cost to develop an app for my company?

When the app is built on top of an Aikanta system, the owner's board with alerts and approvals ships in four to six weeks, because the data and permissions already exist. An app from scratch with its own backend costs more and takes longer; we tell you the number on the first call.

Q/02

Does it work on Android and iPhone?

Yes. One Flutter codebase for both stores, with the same screens and functions. We handle publishing on Google Play and the App Store: signing, listing, screenshots and privacy declarations.

Q/03

Does it work without internet?

The entry screens do: the app stores the receipt, slip or stop reason on the phone and uploads it when signal returns, with the real time. Boards show the last data received and the time it was updated.

Q/04

Who can see what in the app?

The role defines it. The owner sees everything; the plant manager, their plant; the storekeeper, their entry screens. Permissions are the same as the system's, so they're managed in one place.

Q/05

Have you published apps in the stores before?

Yes. SporeXpert MycoLab and Holistiqum are published on Google Play, built in Flutter by us and taken through the Play Console from start to finish: signing, listing, screenshots, data declarations and closed testing. The screenshots are on the mobile apps page.
