We use it to answer you and follow up on your project. Everything is here: who handles it, what we ask for, who it is shared with and how to ask us to correct or delete it.
Version of October 16, 2026
Who is responsible for your data?
AIKANTA, S.A.S. (Aikanta), located at Calle Cuitláhuac 13, colonia San Pablo, Querétaro, Querétaro, México, is responsible for your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
For any privacy matter, write to the email at the end of this page.
What data do we ask for?
We do not ask for sensitive or financial data.
What you type in the form: name, email, company, phone or WhatsApp, and your message.
Technical data from the submission: IP address, browser, the page you write from and the first page you visited.
Where you came from: the website or the ad campaign (UTM parameters and Google and Meta click IDs).
If you accept cookies, site usage data: pages viewed and clicks on the demos.
What do we use it for?
Purposes we need in order to serve you:
Answer your message and understand what you need.
Prepare a proposal, quote or review of your project.
Follow up on your request and, if you hire us, on the service.
Protect the form against abuse and automated submissions.
Additional purposes, only if you accept them in the cookie banner:
Measure which site pages bring in contacts (analytics).
Measure which Meta and Google ads bring in contacts (advertising).
You can refuse these purposes with the "Reject" button or in "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page. Refusing does not change how we serve you.
Who is it shared with?
With providers that give us a service and handle the data only on our behalf:
Amazon Web Services: hosting for the site and the database.
Brevo: sending the email that notifies us of your message.
Telegram: internal alert to the team that a message arrived.
PostHog, on a server Aikanta runs: site analytics, without your name, email or phone.
Only if you accept advertising cookies, we share with Meta Platforms the signal that you sent the form, along with your email and phone turned into a one-way code (SHA-256), and with Google the signal that you sent the form. This tells us which ad brought you. This transfer needs your consent: you give it with "Accept" and withdraw it in "Cookie preferences".
Your data stays with Aikanta and these providers. Beyond these cases it is only handed over if an authority requires it under the law.
How long do we keep it?
Two years from our last contact with you. If you hire us, for as long as we work together plus what tax law requires. After that it is deleted.
How do you exercise your rights?
You have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, and to withdraw your consent. To do so, write to the email below with the subject "Privacy rights" and include:
Your name and the email you wrote to us from.
Which right you want to exercise and on what data.
A copy of an ID, or proof of legal representation if you write on behalf of someone else.
We answer within 20 business days at most and, if it applies, carry it out within the following 15 business days. If you are not satisfied, you can go to Mexico's data protection authority, the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
What cookies does the site use?
Always: your cookie choice and the source of your visit (landing page and campaign), stored in your browser to attach to your message if you write to us.
Analytics, if you accept it: PostHog and Google Analytics.
Advertising, if you accept it: Meta pixel and Google Ads tags.
You can change your choice at any time in "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies from your browser.
What if this notice changes?
We publish the new version on this same page with its date. Each form message records the version of the notice in force when you sent it.
