In plants of 51 to 250 people, annual turnover runs at 20.9%. One in five leaves every year, and takes with them the spreadsheet only they understood.

The time clock spits out a file. Someone pastes it into a spreadsheet, counts overtime by hand, and finds out after the limit is blown.
The system reads the clock, works out each person's hours, and warns you before the weekly cap is reached. It separates hours paid double from hours paid triple, and blocks any day that goes past twelve hours.
The record exports in the format the authority asks for, and paid hours reconcile against the payslip.

What changed in 2026 comes down to one thing: the authority stopped asking for documents and started asking for proof that the operation happened.
